LONESOME VALLEY is an idyllic farm estate which encompasses 800 acres and features a private, natural community vision and incredible amenities located near the charming town of Cashiers, North Carolina. Built by Mother Nature on the Highlands-Cashiers Plateau, it is the largest box canyon East of the Mississippi River. Surrounded by two granite cliff faces, Cow Rock Mountain and Laurel Knob, this residential mountain farm community was designed with an emphasis on conservation, with no more than 180 homes and nearly 300 acres of common green space.
There are three home designs; Cottages (0.4 to one acre), Estates (one to eight acres) and Camps (20 to 40 acres). The architectural designs have a Southern Appalachian farm style that honor and harmonize with the surrounding settings and seasons. In the Valley, you will enjoy a closer connection with nature and the beauty it has to offer.
THE AMENITIES bring the community’s vision to life.
