One day, he poised the question: “What do you think about moving to Highlands?” Heading for the hills of the forested Plateau, they thought the move would be temporary. But the community stole their hearts! Kati’s daring leap embodies Caliber itself: full of boldness, resolve and devotion.

The Plateau piece takes the name of Kati’s debut newsletter: “My Two Cents.” As she shared with Plateau, Kati spotlighted “three houses she thought were a great buy and explained why.” That perceptive spark turned into a focus on golf club communities. And soon enough, Ali, the other half of Caliber, came in…
The story presents a perfect pairing: Ali’s “marketing experience, organization and attention to detail” and Kati’s “competitive sales drive.” And so, Caliber Fine Properties was born in 2019, entering new elevations in the Highlands-Cashiers area.
The article gets real about the ups and downs, such as COVID hitting just two months after Caliber opened. And Kati dropped a prediction for the local market! Hint: It involves older homes.
Kati and Ali’s knack for blending insight with charm? Pure Caliber gold that keeps hitting the mark. “We are working moms who are career-oriented,” Kati says. “We make it happen because we love what we do, personally and professionally.”
